Hawks Landing Gourmet Confections began as a premier CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE maker in 1983. Our product line has expanded but our heart remains true to producing the finest gourmet truffles our clients and customers have ever tasted. From traditional standards: Milk Chocolate and Classic Dark Chocolate ganache to new flavor experiences like Chai Spice and Cafe Latte with Caramel our truffle selection will never disappoint.
Our flavors rotate throughout the year, inspired by the season and customer requests. Hand made using a small batch method every week and always experimenting with new flavors, we are committed to a Gourmet taste experience using fresh, premium ingredients in recipes loved for 40 years filled with OUR passion and love for chocolate.
